Well me and my baby went to see District 9. I was skeptical about about going to see it because I did not want to see another Independence Day. For what it was worth, Independence Day was good, as a comedy. Not really realistic. But I will say after seeing District 9, I would see why that would be more ideal of happening. I mean aliens that come and gt stuck here and the human race not wanting them to leave but to try and learn their alien technology for their own selfish use. Not only that but they were placed in these ratchet ass slum looking area of the city. which was called District 9. Now something that kinda threw me off is, how in the hell did they learn to communicate with them. Lol. I mean I know they mentioned that the aliens were there for about 23 or 28 years but damn. Even the aliens were cursing and getting kicked out their homes. Then of course you had your group of people that were also living in the lower class that wanted to take advantage of the aliens as well. Its crazy, you all have got to see it if you have no already seen it. London liked it I know. It was kind of late when we went, but for the most part he was following the movie. There were times that I had to ask him about certain things because I thought that I missed. it.
Well its almost time for Atlanta Black Pride. One of the biggest prides of the year. I have been to all the prides in Atlanta in one way shape or form. The first one that I dealt with was when I was a police officer with Atlanta, but you know of course that it was all work. Crowd control, breaking up the gay fights and all that shit. It was so crazy. Then it went from that to actually being part of the event itself and there is definitely a difference.
This year is going to be really big because of the Flavamen Blatino Awards and knowing that I am nominated for a few categories. It will be very interesting because I know that I am running up against some other good performers in the industry. Either way its still good because a nomination still shows recognition of your work and performance and hard work in the porn industry.
I will of course be at 708 the night of the awards on September 5. After the awards I will be doing a promo at Club Traxx Atlanta signing autographs and giving away some DVDs and Magazine. I mean what other company does that besides Rockafellaz Entertainment and Flava Works. No one gives out full length movies. Anyway, Friday we will be with Flava Works at the Jungle in Atlanta, which is a club that is sponsored by WasupNATL.

Well we just got to the airport with our executive graphic designer and his husband. They are relocating to Palm Springs, CA and we are helping them move their cats out there. They have four of them so you can kinda imagine what its like traveling with that many cats.
This will be my first trip to Palm Springs. I have been to LA before of course and I used to live in Sacramento for about 4 years when I was 13 years old and moved back to St. Louis when I was 16. All that is a story in itself.
Anyway we are sitting here now in the American Airlines Admirals lounge chillin till its time to board for the flight. We should be arriving in LA around 2 or 3pm and then there will be a 2 hour drive from LA to Palm Springs. They have already invited me and London to come out for a weekend or a week to stay with them. I would like to do that, I think it would be good for London too. We really have not been anywhere together, although we will be attending Atlanta Black Pride together. I think this is his first one in Atlanta and I know that he will have a good time. We will also be attending the Flavamen Blatino Awards together then……wait I can’t tell you too much right now I will be giving away too much.
Well I am on the plane now and I’m in my seat 6A. I’m wondering ig they will be giving me a drink before we taxi to the runway. I could use one right now. You all know that I’m not a big drinker, I do the light shit. If not I suppose I will have to wait but it would not hurt to ask right.

Well I made it back to the MIA last night and I was so tired. I had my usual drink on the plane and I was watching Speed Racer. I know some think that it was a boring movie, but I actually liked it. That was like one of my favorite cartoons, kinda still is. Anyway its time to get back to work on things. I’m also in the process of moving. Yea I found a really nice place for me and London in Chicago and I love the area, so I think we will move up north. It will be good for when I want to go back home to St. Louis to visit. Its only about 4 hours from there to St. Louis. Thats if I don’t want to fly which then the trip on the plane will only be about 30-45 minutes.
Only a few days left before I will be with my baby again. Trust me long distances relationships are a killer. Its just not being around the person and doing the things that you are used to doing. Not even on a sexual tip, but just the presence of the person you are in love with makes you feel good and the absence of that person can make you feel some sort of way. London I know has been looking forward to this as well, because we talk about it almost everytime we are on the phone with each other. Yea like back in the day when you were on the phone with that speacial one and would fall asleep while you still on the phone lol, believe it or not I have done that a few times.
Also the time is comin up for the last days to vote for the Blatino Awards. I am nervous because I am going up against people that have been in the industry, but I have no doubt that I will walk away empty handed. I’m really looking forward to this, to be nominated in its self is a good thing.
