Sunday, November 8th, 2009Well this was a trip that was supposed to include London, but then plans changed and we were not going to go. Then at the last minute, my business partner purchased me a ticket to go because he knew that I needed my miles so that I could reach my executive status with American Airlines. But anyway we were going there to also do a promo and a resort there called Helios. Its a pretty popular place in Palm Springs that a lot of people go to and this was during their Gay Pride.
The first day were there I met up with model from Flava Works; Ken Mariano and Baby Star. It was actually me, Cody Kyler and Whitebread that fly in to LAX early Friday morning. Flight was good did not drink much as I normally do, just had breakfast and a couple glasses of orange juice. We landed and made it to the hotel after picking up the rental that we were going to drive to Palm Springs. I filmed a scene which was actually hot for Flava Works between Cody Kyler, Baby Star and Gianni Luca. It was cool besides the fact that we were all pretty tired from being up early and getting on an early flight. But it worked out.
We got on the road and punched it to Palm Springs from Los Angeles. It was about 3-4 hours before we got there. Once we got there we met up with our friends that we were staying with and visiting while we were in town. Later that after noon we arrived and got settled in. Then we all went swimming and sat out in the hot tub for a while talking about plans for the weekend and what we had to get done. Had a few drinks and then pretty much went to sleep after that. The day was very long and I was pushing it trying to stay up but it was not working out. I did have my moments where I was thinking about London because I really wished that he was there with me. There were two of us that was there and our lovers weren’t with us. Which was me with out London and Ken Mariano without Ninja Nixon. But it was ok because we knew that the trip wasn’t going to last long.
Got up the next morning and started off with a nice cup of coffee, yea i drink it. I really didn’t start doing that shit till I became a police officer. Even after I resigned from being a cop I still continued to drink it. Yummy good stuff, full of caffeine lol. Got the gear together and headed to Helios filmed a duo and a solo shoot was done as well. I really did not do anything for my company, I did not have anything setup because I had not planned on going….remember. But it was still cool though. We left there and went back later on that night to kinda just hang around. There were a large amount of people that were showing up after we got back there around 11pm. People of all ages from 21 and up. I saw somethings that I have never seen before. Nothing against it at all, because I am not the one to judge but these people were getting down and they were a lot older too but clearly did not give a fuck, which was fine as well because that’s the type of party that was being held at the resort. There was some very well known names that was there other than me and Cody Kyler. Zack from Unzipped Media was there and Victor from Men of Color as well. I had the opportunity to speak with both which was so fucking great. Well at the end of that night we grabbed a bite to eat and headed back to the house after we got something to eat. We sat up and ate and laughed and talked about the events that had happened over the weekend so far. I was sooooo tired, I had half of my favorite drink because there was no pineapple juice. It just don’t taste right without the pineapple juice. Orange juice just don’t cut it for me. That’s why its called Pineapple Malibu.
The next morning we got up and started packing because we had to head back to LA. I had a flight to catch from LAX back to Chicago later that night. Before we left we headed to Helios to do one more solo shoot for Flava Works with Cody Kyler. Of course I filmed it because we all know that I have good skills lol. But it was cool.
We got on the road and to the ride back to LA, got here quicker this time because there was not a lot of traffic that slowed us down. We got checked in to the hotel and I need to shower because sometimes riding in a car that long..ugh well I just wanted to be fresh when I got on my flight back to Chicago. Eveyone leaves out tomorrow except for me and my business partner of Flava Works, we leave out tonight. I’m sitting here now hoping that I get my upgrade to first class. When I last checked there was only one seat available. But strangely when I checked about an hour ago there were 3 seats open. So we will see what happens when I get to the airport.

THE BLATINO AWARDS WAS A SUCCESS
Sunday, September 6th, 2009The Blatino Awards was a success. I can say that I really enjoyed my self and I am honored by all the supporters that have helped me achieve the level in the industry that I am at. I was nervous the entire day of the awards rushing and trying to get things done. Making sure I was there on time and wondering who was going to be there. It turned out there were a lot of familiar faces that showed up. Fans, friends and family….lol.
On to the awards that Rockafellaz Entertainment won…..Best Blog (Rocks Blog), Best New Website (Rawrods.com), Best Black DVD (RAW RODS 2) and Best Director. I’m telling you I was not expecting all this. I was in awe after the first award and then when the 3rd and 4th came, man I was officially close to bustin out in tears real talk. All I could think about was Michael Jackson and how he won all the awards he did in one night at the 1995 MTV Awards. I really appreciate you all you just don’t know. If people (other porn stars) would understand that its the viewers and fans and supporter that make it possible for us to continue doing what we do then maybe some of them would not be so stuck up and unapproachable.
I want to give a shout out to Flava Works, my business partner Phil. I would like to thank him for seeing the drive that I possessed and took the chance with wanting to Partner up with Rockafellaz. By doing so Rockafellaz Entertainment has made a mark in the industry as a force that demands to be recognized. I don’t spend my time down playing other companies. They do what they do and we do what we do. I will as I have stated before continue bring you, the fans and supporter what I think you all will like.
Warren aka Baby, you did it man. You did that shit no doubt. All the hard work you were doing as we were working in the office and the phone calls you made. Setting up everything to make sure the program would be successful. You worked the hardest man and that itself deserves recognition. One day I hope to find someone as dependable as you to work with me. You are the light of Flava Works and I know that Devin would have been very proud of you man.
Big shouts out to DeAngelo Jackson, Vince, Cody Kyler, Domino Star, Ken Mariano and Christan Armani. You all were on top of things and helping out where ever you were needed. Even if no one asked you all were asking if anyone needed anything and then you all were taking pictures as well and just being real cool and down to earth with everyone that was coming to the event. They will remember who you are because of how you presented your self. Thank you.
Most of all I would like to thank my baby London D. You were there with me through this entire weekend, supporting me and helping me with promos and getting ready for the awards, taking pictures and working with the Rockafellaz. I really and truly love you for that. Your support and understanding means a lot. Its hard dating while in the industry but we show people that anything is possible if you put your heart and mind into it.

NOT TO MENTION THE SHOOTS THAT I HAVE LINED UP AND THE NEW MODELS THAT I AM GOING TO BE FILMING AND POSSIBLY SOME OLD FAMILIAR FACES. I AM REALLY LOOKING TO HAVE A LOT OF FUN THIS WEEKEND. NOT TO MENTION LONDON IS HERE WITH ME AND THIS IS HIS FIRST TIME IN THE ATL. I REALLY DO HOPE HE IS GOING TO ENJOY HIMSELF. Back in Miami
Thursday, August 6th, 2009Well I made it back to the MIA last night and I was so tired. I had my usual drink on the plane and I was watching Speed Racer. I know some think that it was a boring movie, but I actually liked it. That was like one of my favorite cartoons, kinda still is. Anyway its time to get back to work on things. I’m also in the process of moving. Yea I found a really nice place for me and London in Chicago and I love the area, so I think we will move up north. It will be good for when I want to go back home to St. Louis to visit. Its only about 4 hours from there to St. Louis. Thats if I don’t want to fly which then the trip on the plane will only be about 30-45 minutes.
Only a few days left before I will be with my baby again. Trust me long distances relationships are a killer. Its just not being around the person and doing the things that you are used to doing. Not even on a sexual tip, but just the presence of the person you are in love with makes you feel good and the absence of that person can make you feel some sort of way. London I know has been looking forward to this as well, because we talk about it almost everytime we are on the phone with each other. A: Well I have been good man.I have been working very hard on my movies and my image in the porn industry. Life has been great. I look back where I was when I first started Rockafellaz Entertainment out of my apartment back in Atlanta (Decatur), GA. It was not easy and I had some help from a friend of mine that was helping out with the graphic work and some filming. I continued to work hard and it paid off in the long run. I don care how easy some people make starting a website and a company, its not a walk in the park.
Q: What is your Favorite Position and why?
A: Well I would have to say my favorite position would be missionary because I like to look at the person when Im fucking them. Give me more control and the ability to move them how I want them when I’m ready to change positions. Although I noticed from filming other people that some can’t take dick like that, well at least starting off.
Q: Have you ever tried being a bottom, if not why?
A: Lol well for some reason I knew this question was going to pop up somewhere. But the answer is no I never tired being a bottom. Its never been a desire of mine. I have never thought about it. On the Way to Chicago
Wednesday, July 29th, 2009WASUP PEOPLE, AS I NORMALLY START THINGS OFF. I AM ON MY WAY TO THE WINDY CITY OF CHICAGO AGAIN. I AM ALWAYS ON THE GO AS YOU CAN SEE. I GOT TO THE AIRPORT AND WAS LIKE HOPING THAT WHEN I FOUND OUT MY GATE THAT IT WOULD NOT BE D51 AND GUESS WHAT. IT WAS D51. SO I WALKED THAT LONG ROAD TO THE GATE BUT NOT BEFORE STOPPING AT THE ADMIRALS LOUNGE FOR A QUICK DRINK.
I CALLED LONDON AND WAS TALKING TO HIM FOR A WHILE LETTING HIM KNOW THAT I WAS LEAVING AND TO SEE WHAT HE WAS UP TO. CHILLIN AS USUAL. I LOOKED DOWN AT MY PHONE TO SEE WHAT TIME IT WAS AND IT WAS TIME TO GO. SO IM RUSHING DOWN THE STAIRS AND TO THE GATE. I GET THERE AND THE PASSENGERS FROM THE PREVIOUS FLIGHT WAS JUST GETTING OFF THE PLANE. THEN THERE IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT MADE THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BOARD THE PLANE BECAUSE THERE WAS A STORM COMING THROUGH THE MIAMI AREA AND THERE WAS LIGHTING. WHICH IN TURN WAS PREVENTING US TO WALK ON THE JET BRIDGE. OF COURSE THIS MEANT THAT THE FLIGHT WAS GOING TO BE DELAYED.
IT WAS NOT TO LONG BEFORE THEY FINALLY LET US BOARD THE PLANE AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY. WE WERE CLOSE TO BEING CAUGHT IN THE STORM BUT WE GOT OUT IN TIME. WE LANDED IN CHICAGO A LITTLE BEHIND SCHEDULE BUT WE MADE IT REGARDLESS.
I WAS SO TIRED BUT WORK MUST GO ON. I HAD TO MAKE A STOP AT A STORE HERE IN CHICAGO CALL NATIONWIDE VIDEO. THEY CARRY A LOT OF DVDS FROM ROCKAFELLAZ ENTERTAINMENT AND FLAVA WORKS AS WELL. I WALKED IN AND THERE WAS A POSTER OF ME ON THE WALL AND I WAS LIKE DAMN. I FIGURED WHY NOT SIGN IT FOR HIM. THE GUY THERE WAS REALLY COOL AND TOLD ME THAT MY MOVIES SELL REALLY GOOD IN HIS STORE. HE ALSO MENTIONED THAT HE WAS INTERESTED IN SETTING UP A DVD SIGNING PROMO. I THINK THAT WOULD BE HOT TO DO. I WILL KEEP YOU ALL UP ON THAT.
I HAVE TO GO, NEED TO GET SOME WORK DONE.
