Miami Sizzle: Day 2

The following events takes place between 4pm and 8pm. Events occurred in real time.

Ok people, we all know how busy this event can be when dealing with it from my perspective. We got back to the host hotel on that evening, well I arrived back at the host hotel and it was soooo fuckin packed.  AGAIN.  Well I made it over to the table that was set up at and got all of our promotional material out and on the table.  Magazines, model cards, business cards and all that good shit that people like to see when they are around porn stars.

There were a lot of interesting people coming by and asking for autographs and and wanting to take photos. As I mentioned before, this was my very first Sizzle and I see why so many people come out. Continuing on, me and some of the boys from Flava Works mingled around the hotel. Had a few drinks and just basically had a very good time.

WassupNAtl was also there. Of course I had to go over and speak to them. They are the ones that throw the hot ass parties, especially in Atlanta. My boi Jai from WassupNAtl was happy to see a me. Its been a while since I have been back to Atlanta, even to do a Promo. We were going over a few things and talking about pride in Atlanta, which will be coming up Labor Day weekend.

Dapharoah69 a black gay author, whom I also found out that he is a fan of my work, came by the table and autographed his book for me. Its good to see people doing something with themselves and becoming succesful. I was actually very glad to meet him and see that he has a book out. We sat and talked for a minute and then took some photos together.  Then I started to get bombarded by people wanting me to sign the magazines and model cards.

I want to let you all know that if you ever meet me in person at a club or at an event and I’m talking to you and then get pulled off by someone else, please dont be upset, because it does get like that sometimes. Its mostly where I try to not be rude to anyone because I know that alot of you probably get that from other porn stars. My thing is that I would like to continue to give the public the type of response that all adult entertainers should give. Being respectful and courteous and showing a little love. No one has to kiss anyones ass but we know that you all are the reason a lot of us make it to the level that we are in the game because of the buyers and renters of DVD and the subscribers to the websites.

Well we sat and took photos till it was time to go. We packed up and headed out the hotel. Stepping outside there was still people everywhere. People coming and going and some jsut sitting around looking and trying to look cute. I will say that there were a lot of potentials from what I was looking at because they were out and flaunting it all.

Well I guess its time to move on to the next day. Because there is so much more.

Miami Sizzle 2009: Day 1

The Following events takes place between 11pm and 4 am.  Events occur in real time. (Couldn’t resist it, yea I’m a 24 fan)

Well things started off with me, my business partner and a few other people meeting at the office and getting our night planned out.  We were set to head to a reception party for a meet and greet of the sponsors and owners of Sizzle.

When we first arrived there was a problem with the guest list, can you believe they could not find my name? But don’t worry, there are people that do know who I am. Luckily an associate of mine from Atlanta was there and was walking in and saw me and was like Rock come on you cool. Along with him was a model that I have worked with and have not seen in a minute, Tastee. It was so good seeing him again. I have not seen him since I last filmed him in the shoot with Skye Rockafella for Raw Dickin It #2.  Yea its been that long.

Anyway me, Baby Boy, my Business partner, Breion Diamond, DeAngelo Jackson and Smooth talking about different things.  This was a good time to meet with some very interesting people and see what impact from a positive perspective it could have on Rockafellaz Entertainment. I really enjoyed myself and had a good time I had about five drinks, but don’t worry I was not driving at all.  We finished up things there and we all agreed to head to club Twist down in south beach. So we headed to the beach area and went to the club.

Once we arrived at Twist it was not as crowded as I thought that it would be. We went upstairs to the hip hop room and had a few rounds of drinks. After about a couple of hours people started coming in and then it got mad crazy. I mean the dance floor packed and the music was getting better. Because in the begining they was playing some straight up bullshit lol. More dancing and drinking went on for a long as time. I know that my legs was getting tried as fuck.  Good thing  it was time to go, because I was ready.  We left and I got back home and it was late and I was tired and needed some sleep because I knew the next day I was going to be just as busy.

Houston Splah 2009

I arrived in Houston around 11:00 am. Got my luggage and took the shuttle to the car rental place. I got there and picked out my vehicle and noticed that the damn car had damage on it. Nope, sorry cant do that one. You know sometimes these places will find a way to place the blame on you. So I waited around and like they say, good things come to those who wait.  Yo boi rented the new 2009 Dodge Challenger, black.  Now this was no R/T or SRT but it was a Challenger and thas all that I cared about.

I headed out to Hobby airport to get Freakzilla and Jackpot because we were all going to be chillin and working the promos together. We got checked into the hotel and it was already looking crowded there.  Boys all in the lobby dressed to impress and all that good shit. People of course was starring when I walked in and pointing fingers. Didn’t bother me cause I’m used to it.  Anyway this was a nice Hilton, the lobby was hot they had a nice restaurant and bar. The fitness center was really nice, cause damn.

Enough of that shit. The first day we were at the Milian for a small promo. It was not a very big turn out because the location was changed at the last minute but we still enjoyed ourselves.  Of course when we broke out the DVDs and the Magazines it seemed as if more people started coming.  While at the club I meet up with the Creator and Director of  Noahs Arch Patrick-Ian Polk and Alex. We kicked it and took lots of Photos.

We packed up from there and went to Club 20/20 just to see what was going on. Rockafellaz Entertainment was not set to be there until the following night, so we did not stay too long.  We headed back to the hotel and pretty much called it a day, I was so fuckin tired from the early flight then drivning back and forth to the airports picking people up. There is so much more to what I do than what people think. Its not the fuckin that  gets me, its all the shit in between.  Promos and dealing with the models sometimes can be a big thing and can wear you down at times.

Well seeing it that there was some downtime. I interviewed someone and thought that I would pair them up with Freakzilla.  This cat was from the Houston area and this was his first time doing porn and he appeared to be very interested. Well the shoot went down and well lets just say that everyone say they ready but in reality they are not sure them selves. It doesn’t bother me at all. Sometimes it happens, you will get cold feet and change your mind about doing it. That normally happens before the shoot actually happens. In this case it happened after the shoot. Check this out, he could not finsih the shoot for unknown reason, too tight, couldn’t take the dick whatever point is he could not finish it. He wanted to be paid half. He must have been a lil crazy to think that he was going to get have of something for half of nothing. Gave him a little cash and told him to come back the following day to finish the shoot and he never responded or came back. I really dont know what happened during the shoot because I was not filming it. But it will all come to light one day. I did a couple more shoots but I dont want to give away all my good shit in details. You will just have to wait to see it on the site or in a movie.

The following night, which was Saturday we were at Club 20/20. It started off slow and then it picked up once the people knew that we were in the house.  I was being swamped by people that wanted autographs. Then me, Monte Rockafella and Zaiden P Rockafella got on stage and started passing out DVDs. Got crazy for a minute but we were all enjoying ourselves. Especially when the drinks started flowing in. You know how it is Im sure.

Sunday was the day of the beach party. We drove down and by the time we got there it was already packed. So packed that we were informed that they closed the beach.  Guess we should have gotten there sooner. We managed to get around the area though to meet and mingle with a few people.  There were people from all over down at that damn beach. But I mean I live in Miami so its not like I have never been to the beach before.  So it was not big deal that I did not get a chance to make it down that way.

Houston Splash this year was really not all that. I would have to say it was better last time. I really dont know the cause of it. But what I will say is that I really did have fun.  Even though things were a little different I still had fun.

St. Louis Black Gay Pride 2008

I went back to my home town of St. Louis for Black Gay Pride.  I can say that it was my first time actually going to any of the events. My night started out at Magnolias.  It was off the chain. There were so many fuckin people not to mention familar faces.  What I did was post up posters near the front door  and the entrance area to each room. The poster is hot, of course its got me and a few other Rockafellaz.  Anyway, I was in a another location of the club setting up and laying out the Raw Rod DVDs that I was going to be giving away that night.  Before I knew it people were coming in and asking for autographed posters and movies. Wanting to take pictures and all that good shit. 

 

 

After the club I was invited to attend a ball. Well I did not want to disappoint the individual that invited me so I went. I got there and did not stay long. I was already tired and worn out from the promo that was done at Magnolias.  While there I ran into an old friend whom I was really cool with when I used to live in St. Louis. If you saw this dude, he has so many tattoos, everywhere. Other than that I know that he is a great tattoo artist and he offered to hook me up with a few new ones. Well I hung out at the place where this ball was being held, but like I said before I was exhausted so I was not trying to stay there long.  I dont have anything against those that participate in those events, I have never been the type of participate or attend them, except for that particular time.

 

It was cool because I was able to be in my home town and let the people know that I was out putting St. Louis on the map in the porn industry.

 

I knew since I was in town that I might as well look into getting some new tattoos. All of the ones that I have right now were done in St. Louis. So of course you know I got in touch with my boy that I saw at the promo event the previous night. I also met up with my mom and the rest of my family and spent some time with them while I was in town. Sometimes it seems like there is never enough time to do what I want to do when I am home. But its a busy life that I live and I do what I can to make time. 

 

That Saturday night I went to a club called 747, which I knew was going to be crowded. Man that place was so hot, and I’m talking about the temperature in the room. I mean it was some sexy people there of course but I was still kinda out of it, not to mention I was getting tired of  people bumping into my arm. The same arm that I had just got my tattoo done on.  We all know how that can be.

 

But anyway the following day I went to the pride event that was being held at Keiner plaza in downtown St. Louis. That was a pretty good turn out as well.  I actually ran into the girl that kinda got me started. Funny shit isn’t it.  Then when she found out what I was doing she was really in shock, not in a bad way either.  We talked for a while and took some photos, of course with her camera or I would have posted the pictures right here on my blog. 

 

My weekend ended with one more club promo on Sunday night at the Complex. This was a very nice club. The crowd was nice as well as the bartender because he hooked me up with what ever I wanted to drink. Just so you all know Im not a big drinker, Im really into the light shit. You know Pineapple Malibu, Parrot Bay, Pina Coladas shit like that. In addition to that I was signing so many autographs. It was cool though because I was able to meet a lot of my fans and people that supported me. It felt so good to be back in the STL.  

 

I would like to thank the club owners, and the people of STL Black Pride that welcomed me and allowed me to be part of the events. I also thank the fans, because you all definitely keep me going.
